This pedometer freebie from Golf Digest comes at the perfect time, because I've been trying to get my hands on one for the past few weeks. I was hoping our office health fair would have them as giveaways, but no such luck. I bought one at the dollar store, but that worked about as well as you'd think.

This free one might even be accurate, though, since it's part of a contest where you can win prizes by tracking the number of steps you take. A free pedometer is prize enough for me, though.
