Burt's Bees has gotten one million "likes" on Facebook, and to celebrate, they're giving away free lip balms to the first 25,000 people who fill out the form. If you're not already a fan, you'll need to "like" them and then the signup form will show up for you.

Want a free sample of Burt's bees body lotion?  Just go to the Facebook page, fill in the box that says “Tell Us What Your Skin Has To Say,” click "publish," and a box will come up to fill in your shipping information for your sample.

This does involve giving permission to a Facebook app to access your info and publish to your wall, so if you don't want that to happen, you should immediately un-allow them access after requesting your sample.
