Here's one of the more unusual Valentine's Day promotions I've seen: Qdoba is offering a BOGO entree deal on Feb. 14 when you publicly smooch someone in front of your voyeuristic cashier. (So you probably can't just walk in there and get 2-for-1 by your lonesome... unless you're willing to kiss the fry cook.)
Fortunately, you don't have to smooch your companion after eating a big ol' plate of oniony cheez nachos.
