I'll be the first to admit I'm not entirely sure what's going on here. So there's Head & Shoulders Shampoo which is specifically for women? And Alyson Hannigan doesn't have any girlfriends because her scalp is itchy? So we're supposed to "like" Head & Shoulders for Women on FB to "help Alyson"?
