It's not free ice cream, but it's the next best thing... Baskin Robbins is doing their 31-cent Scoop Day tomorrow, April 29, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Stop in for a 31-cent scoop of ice cream and eat it off a firefighter's rock-hard belly for no additional charge!
That's a 2.5 oz. scoop (or 3 oz. Soft Serve cones), by the way, and you can only get 3 scoops per person, so if you want more than that, you'll have to drag a lactose-intolerant friend down there with you.
