They did kind of give me the hard sell when I went in for my free birthday shower gel, but I successfully resisted and I do really like the product, so if you have nerves of steel and can resist the power of suggestive selling, go for it! Just keep repeating, "I will not pay $28 for a bottle of shampoo, I will not pay $28 for a bottle of shampoo..."
