The offer sounds straightforward enough: sign up for the Betty Crocker e-newsletter and get a free sample of their mashed potatoes or potatoes au gratin. However, it seems to me that I signed up for this freebie last time they offered it... and never got my potatoes. So if you sign up, do so at your own risk, and don't be crushed if your potatoes never come.
