Yes, that is a cryptic header, but here's what it means: bring any full or empty bottle of shampoo to a Saks Fifth Avenue and receive a full bottle of Fekkai shampoo, normally $23, for FREE. Find your local participating store here. But of course there aren't any in Washington, let alone Seattle, so you need not bother looking if you live here. Sorry, guys, they can't all be for us.
