Cost Plus is offering a free giveaway tote bag with any $10 purchase, while supplies last (see front page of circular). If you've ever been in there and wandered through their food aisles, you know it's not hard to rack up a $10 purchase there. A jar of chutney here, a Belgian chocolate bar there, a bit of imported licorice, and you're done.
I've got my eye on a slightly bigger purchase at the moment, however - a comfy leather chair and ottoman friend. Think they'll give me TWO tote bags if I do?
