Amazon's magazine sale this week is pretty good: a year of Entertainment Weekly for just $10. It reminds me of the heady days of the online Xmas blowouts, when magazines were on sale left and right for $4 or $5. But this is still a considerable savings, and I'd say I easily get $10 worth of amusement out of my subscription, especially when passing it on to others to enjoy. It's more green AND less green at the same time, if you get my drift.
