With so many free reusable-tote offers out there, it's not clear to me why you'd want one that required a $10 purchase, but maybe you needed some new handwoven bamboo placemats anyway or something. In Cost Plus's defense, cotton canvas totes ARE nicer, and more genuinely eco-friendly than those omnipresent polyester-mesh totes you see everywhere, which are still spun from synthetic fibers.
