Yes, today is the long-awaited National Pretzel Day, and Pretzel Time/Pretzelmaker is celebrating by offering free soft pretzels for all. Customers are "encouraged" to sing a snippet from a song of their choosing in exchange for said pretzel, but since I think I can guarantee that those bored mall employees don't want you to sing any more than you do, you can just mention Pretzel Day and get a free one.
